Our prices are quoted in Sterling for delivery to the UK Mainland only.
If the item is in stock, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment clearing. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery. If we encounter any issues with your order, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the delay. If this is unsatisfactory, we will offer you a full refund without delay.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your product(s) to us, please return the delivery note with details of the product(s) you wish to return, and indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Subject to goods and all packaging being returned in “as new” and unopened condition and complete with all packaging and any accessories supplied initially, we offer a no-quibble 7-day refund or replacement guarantee within 30 days on most products, except:
Audio Accessories that have ear inserts.
After 7 days from receipt of the product(s), a restocking fee of 20% of the total invoiced amount, including the initial delivery charge and, if applicable, the cost of collecting any goods incurred by NRC Radio, will be deducted from any refund.
An insured, tracked delivery method (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) must be used to return the product(s) to:

Please be aware that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will only offer compensation of up to £27 if a package is not delivered; therefore, it is not recommended for returning handsets. Royal Mail Special Delivery or another suitable carrier must be used to return handsets or other goods over £40.00. At our discretion, we may deduct our delivery costs from any refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

There is no charge for withdrawing an order before it is dispatched.
To cancel an order, call 0800 195 5919 or email sales@nrcradio.co.uk, quoting your order, delivery, and invoice number, as well as the reason for cancellation. Goods must be unopened, and customers must take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. Both the goods and packaging must be returned in resalable condition. Carriage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.
