This licence is used for customers who require a repeater for extended coverage or have expressed that they want a frequency that is dedicated to them. Depending on the area of demand for frequencies the licence can cost £75 or more in busy urban areas (LONDON) for one channel only. The application time for a Technical Licence can be from 3-6 weeks.
