St Helens Council, also known as St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council, is the local authority for the Metropolitan Borough of St Helens in Merseyside, responsible for delivering a wide range of local government services. First elected in 1973, a year before the formal creation of the borough in 1974, the council holds borough status and is part of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
St Helens Council contacted us to upgrade their current radio systems so that they could communicate across their vast grounds without any interference. After consulting with the council to fully understand their requirements, we recommended our DigiA two-way radios as the ideal solution.
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my delight at the service provided by Northwest Radio Communications Limited in my recent dealings with them over the supply of two-way digital radios to Sutton Leisure Centre.
From the moment I was introduced to Chris Collins, Sales Manager he has provided me with as much information about the product including a free trial as I have required without pressuring me into a purchase. Over the years at Sutton Leisure Centre, we have utilised several alternative products from different suppliers without any success however the DigiA radios we purchased cover all our vast site and grounds without any interference.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending both Chris Collins and Northwest Radio Communications Limited.
Yours Sincerely,
Ian Grice
